Addendum Covid-19 Task Force Circular Letter Number 20 of 2021 – In order to follow up the development of Covid-19 and recovery of national economy, there is a need to amend the previous regulation regarding quarantine period and RT-PCR test period for international travellers during Covid-19 pandemic as follows:
- Every international traveller, both Indonesian and Foreigners, are required to
retake RT-PCR test upon arrival and is required to take self-quarantine with the
following criteria:
a. For those who have only received the first Covid-19 vaccine, is required
to self-quarantine for 5×24 hours;
b. For those who have received the complete Covid-19 vaccine, is required
to self-quarantine for 3×24 hours. - The above self-quarantine can be done in the following locations:
a. For Indonesian, which are Indonesian Migrant Worker, students, or
government officials returning from official trip, self-quarantine is done
in location specified in Circular Letter of Covid-19 Task Force Number 14
of 2021, with the cost covered by the government;
b. For other Indonesia not listed above, foreigners including foreign
diplomat, except for foreign representative and family of the head of
foreign representative, self-quarantine is done in quarantine
accommodated locations;
c. Foreign representative or the responsible family in Indonesia can do the
self-quarantine at their own residence. - It is required to retake another RT-PCR test on the 4th day of quarantine (for the
5×24 hours quarantine) or on the 3rd day of quarantine (for the 3×24 hours
quarantine).
This Circular Letter Addendum comes into force on 2 November 2021.
